Oakridge Gardens Rehabilitation & Memory Center offers 24/7 long-term care services to residents of the Fox Cities area. We provide a high-quality environment and a professional, service-oriented staff that includes a diverse clinical team supported by an engaged management team.
Our clinical team is led by our medical director, Dr. Ronald Schreiber, MD, CMD who oversees our team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, each of whom provide direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The team is supported by an in-depth nutritional management program, recreational therapy program, and social services department.
Dr. Ronald Schreiber has been a physician in the Fox Cities area for over 20 years, focusing his practice on long-term care patients. A certified medical director through the American Medical Directors Association since 2007, Dr. Schreiber is an integral part of our facility’s quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
Dr. Schreiber and his team visit the facility weekly to ensure quality of care and positive clinical outcomes with both his current patients and all new residents.
