Oakridge Gardens Rehabilitation & Memory Center, located in Menasha just off of HWY 441 near UW-Fox Valley, is hiring Registered Nurses on AM, PM and NOC shift. We are a family owned and operated organization for over 40 years! We value low resident to Nurse ratios and offer competitive wages. RN roles at Oakridge:
The Registered Nurse is a staff nurse who has two roles: Administrative and Clinical.
The primary function of the RN is administrative: complete admissions, take provider orders, complete transfers and discharges, and work collaboratively with the LPNs, CNAs, and support staff. The RN is to round on residents throughout the day and as necessary for the purpose of assuring the needs of the residents are met.
The secondary function is to provide or assist with direct nursing care to residents as needed, along with delegating and supervising the care provided by the LPNs and CNAs. The RN is in charge of the nursing team and provides leadership and structure to the day-to-day operations. It is also the expectation that the RN will be able to revert to clinical care as primary, providing direct resident care, as staffing shortages are evident in the direct care realm.

Wages are based on experience. RNs now starting at $29.00 with no experience.
Pay: $29.00 – $35.00 per hour
